My name is Carolyn Joy McKeown and I am the Founding Minister and Director of the Chico Church of Religious Science, also known as the Spiritual Enrichment Center. Our Center is open and affirming, welcoming all persons, no matter where they are on their spiritual journey.
If you are looking for a place to enrich your life through spiritual awakening, you are visiting the right site. We are a group of people who are applying spiritual principles to our daily living. This helps us unfold greater health, more loving relationships, hone creative activity in work and play, and improve our financial stability!
Through the Sunday celebrations of inspirational talks, music and fellowship, you will find men, women and children of like mind, upbeat and happy, yet willing to deal with the challenges that living in today’s world often bring.
We offer many programs, classes, workshops and small groups that facilitate spiritual growth as well as opportunities to serve the community of Chico.
Our staff of ministers and licensed practitioners is well-trained and ready to serve any need you may have. We perform wedding, christening, and memorial services. Our ministers offer spiritual counseling, and our practitioners respond to requests for prayer-treatment.
